APOALA MEXICAN CUISINE

El 18 de agosto de 2013 los hermanos  Sara María  y Carlos Arnaud  Gómez deciden concretar un sueño de tiempo atrás: abrir un restaurante de cocina mexicana de autor que rescatara algunos sabores de las antiguas recetas de su abuela y de  su estado natal de una manera diferente, incorporando estándares modernos y una fuerte pasión por la cocina.

“Pasión por los sabores mexicanos” es nuestro ADN; esto es Apoala: un proyecto que combina el rescate de las recetas familiares y el arte de la cocina, todo esto enriquecido por la experiencia y el estilo creativo culinario de la chef Sara.

Los hermanos Arnaud han traído un toque de su natal Oaxaca a Mérida, con una fusión de ingredientes y recetas mexicanas; oaxaqueñas y yucatecas. Apoala, un ambiente cómodo para el almuerzo o para pasar una agradable velada con cocteles, vinos, cervezas artesanales y mezcales, ubicado en el mejor lugar del centro de la ciudad de Mérida, el parque de Santa Lucía.
